Stitchtopia Festival is the ultimate weekend residential event for all knitters, crocheters, quilters and textile lovers. Eight of our experts will be offering workshops across the weekend and the fun continues after dinner with optional evening entertainment.

Accommodation

You will stay for two nights at the Staverton Park Hotel & Golf Club in Daventry.
This stylish and contemporary 4-star hotel is ideally located in the heart of the Northamptonshire countryside. In a convenient location, Staverton Park Hotel & Golf Club is easily accessible from the M1, M6, M40 and Birmingham Airport, and is just a short drive to Northampton and Coventry.

Itinerary

Day 1 Friday Arrival
Check in to your room from 3pm.
Get to know your fellow guests over dinner (included) and come and meet the festival team and experts in the Festival Hub this evening.
Relax after dinner with a talk from Pat Archibald. Pat is a UK textile artist and tutor based in Edinburgh. Pat loves to travel both around her home country as well as further afield. As her own horizons grow literally, then so too do the experiences that she can then express in her quilt making. Pat will talk about her many years’ experience as a textile artist and tutor, and what happens when this combines with her second love, travel.

Day 2 Saturday Workshops
Enjoy your pre-booked workshops or make the most of the hotel facilities including a gym and swimming pool.
This afternoon, Jane Crowfoot will be hosting a pop-up shop. Come along for patterns, kits, yarn packs, books and more!
